My husband Tony and I started in the breed in 1978 buying our first pyrenean puppy from the Lisblanc Kennel of Mrs Sheila Ball. We called him Shane, he was pure white a little gem that turned into a 13 stone giant, we were smitten.  Our second  puppy came along in 1980 this was Kim. We have carried on since then, having our first litter in 1982, to which we kept Nero. who did very well in the show ring, winning his Junior Warrant title, we were only novice show people then.But we were hooked on showing, and continued with mild success over the years. In may 1992. we purchased Pyregreen Purdita at Gillandant off Sheila Garratt , she changed the fortune of our kennels, she was mated to Champion Shayshatow Star Attraction and produced a beautiful litter, to which we kept two they are Champion Gillandant Star Accolade & Champion Gillandant Crystal Shimmer. Crystal in turn was mated to Champion Cookala Golden Harvest and produced  Champion Gillandant Krystaleen. In Crystals second litter she was mated to  Champion Shiresoak Wizards Harvest and produed Champion Gillandant Classy Chassy JW  & Champion Gillandant Classique Christal.

Then Champion Gillandant Krystaleen was mated to Ch Shanlimore Midnight Cowboy from which she produced Gillandant Calamity Jane at Shayshatow JW Gillandant Annie Oakley to date winner of one CC.
